For Pantheon – there is a limit on the number of records created;
For SoftOne – during a certain period of time, all entries made in the demo database are deleted and replaced with the initially available ones;
For Qlik products – no time limits. However, everything done on one computer can only be used on this computer. You cannot open files created on another device on this computer. This restriction is not valid only if you have a server license.
The number of concurrent users is the number of users that can be logged to the system simultaneously. In other words – the system does not count the number of workstations connected to the server, but the users who are logged in at the same time. If you have access from two locations (for example, home and office) and one concurrent user, this means that if you are logged into the system in the office (one user) you will not be able to start it from home (second user). If you finish work in the office and log out, you will be able to work at home. Note that you have two workplaces (at home and in the office), but one user.
Pantheon – Windows. If you decide to use a Mac you must have a Windows virtual machine;
SoftOne – Server – Windows. Clients – Windows, Mac – via web browser (eg Safari), Linux – via web browser;
Qlik – Server – Windows. Clients – via browser.
No, but it is strongly recommended. Changes in legislation are obtained through updates. It is possible for new requirements and changes to conclude an update contract, even though months or years have passed. In this case, author of system charges interest for the time in which the right to update has not been paid. Finally, each client decides for himself.
No. The work related to update is reported with timesheet, which is invoiced at the end of the month (it will be every week soon) according to applicable price list.
Correction of existing bugs;
Correction of translation;
New functionalities.
The systems have features for adding new functionalities. If necessary, client has to describe exactly what their needs and if the needs are logical and technologically possible, client will receive the number of hours (or amount) required for this development. Attention – the right to update is also due for added new functionalities (21% for Pantheon, 20 % for SoftOne).
It depends. If you use one of them in a small office or on a single workstation, then any computer produced in the last five years will do the job. If you want to use a server with many users, you can rent a server from us, or use your own.
Yes, no problem at all.
Yes. The systems are Unicode. If the goal is to issue documents in different languages, there is no problem to print in any language you decide (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc. are eligible). We deliberately point out the most difficult ones from our point of view. In Bulgaria, the generation of documents for export/import in Greek is most possible one (we indicate a popular alphabet here, other than Cyrillic and Latin). Most of our clients print a huge number of documents with one click (example – invoices in Bulgarian – original and copy + invoices in Greek + bill of lading + CMR + warehouse receipt). This is not a final list; each customer chooses the forms he needs to print.
Yes, all of them. For working with chains, we recommend EDI, but if you decide that the traditional method is suitable for you, you can use it. Nothing prevents you from having a mixed approach – for one chain EDI, for others – paper carrier or sending the documents by e-mail.
